Happy Monday & Co. was founded by two longtime friends with a shared heart for people, genuine hospitality, and all things coffee.
After years spent pursuing different crafts (Justin Bloom in specialty coffee and Josiah Davie in pottery), they realized their passions were telling the same story. Both coffee and pottery invite people to slow down, gather around a table, and experience something made with care. Together, they dreamt of creating a space where strangers could become friends and where unconditional hospitality could be experienced through coffee, pottery, and meaningful connection.
"Long before we ever had four walls, Happy Monday & Co. began as a simple mobile coffee cart in 2023. What started as a dream quickly became a community. Through countless pop-ups, markets, weddings, and neighborhood events, we had the privilege of serving coffee to so many incredible people. Those moments shaped who we are today.

Your encouragement, conversation, and support gave us the confidence to keep moving forward. Our hearts are forever marked by those sweet memories, and this shop exists because of people like you.
